I noticed that the picture of the driver shown in the taxi driver's license is different from the person driving the taxi. I asked the driver about it and he told me it was his old picture. Den when I asked him about it in detail, he told me that he was just covering his friend.
Is this allowed?

i've seen it before too..
but who cares as long as he takes u to ur destination -
no choice thaty he cover for friend i guess.. if friend MC still must pay rental.. but accident or what-not then the problem comes..
