Some commuters will never ever get a Comfort even if they Call 6552-1111 & Book one , they will get a CityCab instead . Always will get a CityCab .
How they do it ?
They ( ComfortDelgro) re-routed the booking lines from 6552-1111 to CityCab call centre for some customers , and from there , a CityCab will be despatch to the customer .
Who will be affected ? Those who had , ever , ever call for a cCtycab ..... and permanently this handphone number or hse number will be in CityCab data base , even if u dial 6552-1111 , the lines will still be re-route to CityCab .
How to avoid getting a CityCab if u wanted only a Comfort ?
Answer : Goes through the operator , and inform them " I only want Comfort " or so whatever ..... then they will sent u only a Comfort .
That's the only way at the present moment .

Previously only when u call CityCab , u might end up getting a Comfort , but now both sides also can .
