Frenchman dies in accident with taxi along Tuas Ave 2

SINGAPORE: A French man in his late 40s was killed in an accident along Tuas Ave 2 on Wednesday morning.
Police say he was riding his motorbike when he collided with a taxi.
He suffered serious injuries to his head and chest, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The taxi driver, a man in this mid-40s, was arrested for a rash act causing death.
He is now released on bail and Police are conducting further investigations into the accident. - CNA/yy

the problem is there are too many taxis and not enough drivers.

Singapore drivers sometimes ....... need to use more road-sense on the road .
If in-front of your car is a taxi , please expect them to stop and make a pick-up for a customer , keep a decent distance from them before u bang into them , once accident , the rear vehicle can never be right !
What will u do if u spotted someone standing by the road side , and flagging for a taxi , and the vehicle infront of your car is a taxi ?
Some Singaporeans needs more road sense on the road .
And also ...... please forgive them if they use hazard light before stopping ...... unless u don't see those hazard lights . -
