Clarification of midnight charge fare structure

  I have noticed on SMART's website and Premier Taxis website which is the green and SilverCab operators,their midnight charge is 50% from 12 midnight to 6am.
  
  Can someone confirm this is the correct fare structure which means to say for SilverCab and SMART,it is cheaper before 12 midnight but more expensive between 12.00 midnight to 12.59am?

  All taxis in Singapore have the same fare structure , ya it is cheaper before 12am.

  SMRT , Comfort , CityCab , TransCab has the same midnight staggered fare charge .
  
  As in 11.30pm to 11.45pm , 10% on top of meter fare .
  
  11.45pm to 12am , 20% on top of meter dare .
  
  12am to 12.59am , 35% on top of meter .
  
  1am onwards til 6am , 50% on top of meter .
  
  SilverCab is the special one , they adopt the 12am - 6am direct 50% midnight charge .
  
  Take note of Premier taxi fleet in future .... Don't take .

  I wouldn't mind paying 10% after 11.30pm , but i very mind paying 50% after 12am , when others is 35% ......
