Does Comfort operates this cab? Judging from the model 2.2 CRDI & its registration number , itt doesn't even look like belong to SMART cab , the SMART cab's newspaper article say 3.3 but this is 2.2! Cos rental between Mercedes Sovereign and Hyundai Sonata .
Just in between , rental said to be $117 w/gst .
Merc $128
Huyndai $106
ComfortDelgro has got a Road Show for this " LimoCab" on Saturday @ Sin Ming Drive .
Heard many sign up , to be collected on December , which means more on the road for X'mas and New Year .
The diff between Azera and Sonanta is the leg space ..... Azera has got a broader leg-space compare to Sonata .
When new hirer sign up for LimoCab , the benefits will be same as Mercedes .
The only problem i foreseen , this Azera is less durable than Merc , cos i think nowadays 5-years cab they scrap , so they try to get something cheaper .
In future , Sporeans will see less blue taxis on the road , and more white ones ...

The flag down is more expensive on Limo ma ....
That's one way to increase flag down without much complaints .
That move will favour cabbies . -

One issue ComfortDelgro was very concerned with Merc , was the cost on maintaining .... they cost more to maintain than Azera .
In terms of spare parts and repair .
When they bought Merc into their fleet , their targetted Merc's life span on the road is said to be 10 years , but with the changing market , now 5 years scrap , cos depreciation wise , Merc made less money ...
So they switch to Azera as one alternative options . -

I'd choose the Ford Falcons anytime. In fact, I think their upmarket cousins, the Fairmonts could do revenue service as limos. SG operators should consider bringing in this Ozzy workhorse.
