that's probably because all the foreign workers took the mrt. You wont believe that one whole cabin of mrt is filled with foreign workers.
Singaporeans have to settle for cabs. -
Usually at around 12am, the street which I am living is full of cars.. But yesterday night only a few and it's very quiet. Lol!
