Prime taxi booking

On Sat 5am, i tried calling prime taxi booking to go to airport. Line is not manned. What rubbish taxi booking is this?
But then i suppose with 200 cabs on the road, no point hiring someone to man the phone... Thought I can try out their new CNG taxi and chat with the hirers....
Anyone tried booking for taxi in early morning with the other taxi companies? -
i think have to call in advance or sth?

Let's say even if someone actually manning the lines , u might not get a cab still .

Prime's policy is OMO .
Usually OMO their working time , usually start at 7am , end something like 8pm .
Very minimum they work til 1am , usually after 3am , i would say 90% of the fleet is back home .
Sounds logical ? -
makes sense but that mean their booking will not be popular cos sometimes open sometime close. just like a hawker stall.
Anyway, in the end, i hailed a comfort sonata to the airport.... must give own company colleague business mah....

It's good to try and book a cab from some other companies other than Comfort .
Then u'll know what commuters did .
And what end-products commuter got at the end .
It's good to be in customers shoe sometime .
What they think ?
what they do ?
What's their final decision ?
Then we'll improve as a cabby . -
wow 20min.... i think size does matter... comfort will have advantage in call booking.... but sometimes comfort assigns me a call damn out of the way like when i am in orchard, they assign me vivio city!
usually i prefer to pick and go rather than answer call unless me in ulu area. Waste time travelling and waiting and there is no show risk... -
Prime's Bookings starts at 7am, ends at 11pm daily

doesn't matter liao... prime taxi increase fare from March 1. Like that prime taxi booking is last choice for me... limited booking time and must wait damn long... comfort still number 1!

today the man just said "i'm sorry, there're no taxis available at you area. so sorry." then hanged up!

really cock up... must be too small a company...still want to be different keeping fare unchange.. what for?
