Fastest maybe , not cheapest . Definitely not the latter u mention , KPE ????Shortest : T Blangah Road > Alexandra Road > AYE > Clementi Road > Up Bt Timah > Stagmont Ring Road > CCK North 5 > CCK St 51 .
Me ? Me always recommend pax go by T.Blangah > Alexandra Road > AYE > exit Clementi Ave 6 > PIE > Bt Batok Road > Brickland Road > KJE > exit CCK way .
If pax says : " Up to you la , company claim one "
Then i not ridiculous one , i use AYE still , still the PIE way , but instead no Bt Batok Road , i go straight into KJE .... all the way no traffic light leh ....

Lower Delta ? Not me .... Crazy to go a big loop to hit AYE .
Alvin , unless u go by CTE , Lower Delta better , but to CCK bu Lower Delta , don't look for trouble , this is not the quickest and cheapest route .

yes master guru... but vivo to alexandra-AYE too many traffic lights liao... beh ta han... another irritating place is east coast mac to city or west... wau lan, need to take service road to almost fort road then can join ECP... always got many slow tortoises on this one lane road

U as an independant driver , drove diff pax daily , think about that particular pax who took a cab home almost everyday from the same place .... to cck .U conveniently said too many lights , but when they travel thru alexandra , they think it's ok , traffic light no problem , but lower delta , longer route , it's a problem .

if i am ALN , i will ask : " Which route u prefer , Lower Delta or Alexandra ? "
The pax usually say : " alexandra ."
Or : " Up to you "
Or : " Anywhere u think its fastest "
If the pax refer to the 2 latter , then u can try Delta , if not ....

CCK to BP then Concorde (old meridian) in peak... $25 before ERP i estimate. From BP, I will take BKE-PIE-Steven-Orchard loh.... dun ask me to take upper bukit timah all the way down hor...

always good for cabbies to have more expressways cos less jam, no stupid bus lane... more value add for pax... i always think taxi advantage is speed, point to point, comfort good luck
