  If the MDT can got the function, why cannot? Do you know that nearly 90% people with IT gadgets like smartphone, laptop, tab, etc etc only utilize 30% of the high tech product they bought.

  Cab in Q can also display his change shift destination, however, if the first pax do not take, and if his cab is blocking the road, he will have to move off even without any pax, most will do it that way, interview first and second or even third at Q, if destination agreed, they can board, if not, taxi have to move off.

  Customer feed back:

  Grab versus Comfort app

  the customer feels that Comfort app is easier to use and more efficient to link pax to taxi

  Customer said that Grab app (the older version was better) is good in the city but not at HDB heartland. he always has problem to get a taxi when he used Grab. He said Grab app is now very complicated with so many options (Grab Taxi, grab car, etc) all in one app and is easy to choose the wrong option because they are so close to each other (may be he has fat fingers).

  Customer suggest that Grab should despatch own staff to do field research instead of relying on Pax to feed back on short coming.

  Yo, today, the most beneficiary of so called technology disruption in transportation are the paxs, not grab driver, not taxi driver, not grab or uber and not taxi companies. From this perspectives, why go bother what pax said, they are enjoying life with a wide spread of transportation buffet infront of them, they should be the last person to seek consultation. That is why our lau char bor mod very happy. So, in a right sense, just drive lah, hv grabtaxi apps and cdg MDT, still can survive song song to jurong lah. Chio bu at CQ peak period, Uncle, here to Jurong east, how much, eh...give and take $20bah..then why grabtaxi shown $24 to 28? Oh, that is only an estimate, they will put taxi higher so that you will, instead choose Grabcar, then you get my brothers like CT, hammer and my ex chief coming to fetch you in their new vezel, mit artrage, altis, sena,...etc etc. Chio bu reply, Oh really, ok, I take yr cab...Uncle, can you switch your radio to 98fm...higher the aircon...why your cab no hanger one... ...nabey

  the Grab went crazy. after assigning me to a job and before i could alight my pax, the app keep pushing jobs to me. 

  i already feedback to Grab
