1. Clean squid and cut into slices. Heat up oil and soak celery and squid slices in oil, blanch for a while, for later use
2. Heat up wok, add in little oil, saute garlic slices, carrot slices with oyster sauce until fragrant. Add in celery and squid, stir frisky for a while, pour in water and other seasoning, keep stirring while pouring cornflour solution. Stir fry until gravy is thicken
