1. Clean the lala properly, for later use
2. Heat up wok and add in little oil, saute ginger shreds, chilli shreds, tomato shreds, minced bird eyes chilli and salted vegetables shreds until fragrant. Add in lala, stir for a while, pour in water and other seasoning. Keep stirring while pouring cornflour solution. Stir until gravy is slightly thicken. Dish up
