1. Clean the squids well and cut into slices, for later use.
2. Heat up wok and add in little oil, saute onion wedges, celery and capcicum wedges until fragrant. Add in squid slices, stir well. Pour in seasoning to stir well. Keep stirring while pour in cornflour solution. Stir until gravy is thicken. Dish up.
