1. Clean the prawns, coat with cornflour. Heat up wok with hot oil, drop in coated prawns, deep fry until cooked. Dish up, for later use.
2. Heat up wok again, add in little oil, saute remaining ingredients, then add in all seasoning, bring to boil. Return deep fried prawns, keep stirring while pouring cornflour solution. Stir until gravy is thicken.
