泰�虾 Prawn Thailandese
Ingredients :

- 香茅1æ ¹
- 新鲜红辣椒2æ ¹ï¼ˆåˆ‡ä¸�)
- 红辣椒干2æ ¹ï¼ˆåˆ‡ä¸�)
- 泰�辣酱2汤匙
- 蔬�干1汤匙(切�)
- 黑橄榄1汤匙(切片)
- �橄榄1汤匙(切片)
- 洋葱1把(切细)
- 蒜蓉1茶匙
Steps :
1.虾去壳,备用。
2.香茅切片,约1寸长çŸã€‚
3.烧çƒæ²¹é”…。除了泰å¼�辣酱以,其余æ��料都下锅,快炒至差ä¸�多熟为æ¢ã€‚
4.åŠ å…¥æ³°å¼�辣酱,翻炒å�‡åŒ€å�³å�¯ã€‚
Tips :
- �用�麻粒或�葱点缀。
- 这��肴带有辣味,怕辣的人�少放辣酱。
- �肴颜色美观,让人看了食欲大增。
Ingredients :
- 14 Tiger prawns (medium)
- 1 stalk lemon grass
- 2 sliced fresh red chili
- 2 sliced dried red chili
- 2 tbsp Thai chilis jam
- 1 tbsp sliced dried green veggie
- 1 tbsp sliced black olives
- 1 tbsp sliced green olives
- 1 handful sliced onions
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
Steps:
1.Peel prawns and set aside.
2.Slice lemon grass to 1-inch length (or less).
3.Heat pan to high heat, add oil and toss all ingredients except Thai chili jam. Saute till almost cooked.
4.Add Thai chili sauce and toss till all ingredients are coated.
Tips :
- Top with sesame seed or spring onions.
- This is a spicy dish. Can avoid spiciness by adding little thai chilli jam.
- The colouring of the dish makes it even more appetizing.
