Method: -
1. Heat up wok with oil until warm, add in prawns and leave until cooked, dish up. Turn to high heat, heat up oil, add in celery and snow peas, blanch in for a while, dish up. Heat up another wok with water until boiled, blanch prawn, celery and snow pea forĀ a while too, dish up.
2. Heat up wok again with little oil, saute onion wedges and capsicum until fragrant. Then add in remaining ingredients, stir well and pour in the seasoning, keep stirring when pouring cornflour solution, stir until gravy is thickened.
