  2. Legal to import into Singapore
  3. Within US Postal Service weight and size limits for Singapore

  IBD costs 8 bucks and takes time to process b4 the fella get $....registered mail is 3 bucks to US and 2.6 to HK and is immediate $ upon arrival....who is wasting $. i never go apply for CC dats why paypal and other such stuff are out. somemore my friend pay for me and i bill him $ once a mth or so....so i send $ once a mth niah....

  nah, i not interested in snatching ur ricebowl. i offered this service free for my friends b4 though....but if people think carefully they will know it will cost them more cos its double shipping unless u do consolidation of multiple items, dis way they will save.
  
  some ebayers say they don't do intl is becos of fraud by some countries near us, dun wanna mention names. after i said i will send them cash and the address is in Singapore, they agreed....

  generally should be the same, they either jack up the price to earn u $ or charge u a fee/tax for the item. still prefer someone i know to consolidate my stuff and send....dats how i got my free Certs sweets too.
