Hi pple, I've got US$77.96 worth of paypal funds for sale. Because they're existing paypal funds, any paypal account can receive it without having to pay the transaction fee. Many sellers (on ebay etc) prefer to receive existing paypal funds as they save on the fee, and sometimes offer discounts to buyers paying from existing paypal funds as opposed to payments funded by a credit/debit card. That means you save on your purchases! Plus I'm selling at a much better rate than you'll get from banks, so you save even more =)
