  fyi: I paid few thousand dollars to get those, now only selling at few dollars.
  Air France's I got it on my first Class to Paris CDG.
  
  You think budget air? even now, most of the airlines only provide PLASTIC for safety reason.
  
  Those spoons and knifes all I asked for it, think like others.
  I remember Cathay Pacific, they gave one unused set, in a nice plastic bag. Business Class/First Class not need to steal, open mouth and ask will do.
