So AirAsia Fare is $48*2+84 = $180 if you travel on cheapest days (usually wed, Thus dep/arr)
You can also try Valuair at www.valuair.com.sg which you can get at the cheapest $219 for 30 days advance purchase. -

Just want to highlight something since I saw another thread on complain of Tiger Airways.
Please note that these LCC (Low Cost Carriers) usually will incur additional charges for ANY changes you may make. So, it is best to book them only when you are quite firm on your dates.
P.S. Do read the conditions carefully before you buy the ticket. -
hmm...the jetstarasia cheapest i found is $68 leh...not $48...

Just done some additional checking for you liao.
Promotional $48 just ended on 2nd March. So, lowest now is $68 + tax one way.
Anyway, you may want to check this website too --> http://www.airfares.com.sg/ - for more fares. Cathy Selling at $288 while Brunei (not a direct flight I think) selling at $218. Not sure if you can actually get the fare at those prices. You know how those travel agent promote fares that never actually sells.
