i think DBS/POSB oky. If you have a savings account with them, you can convert it to current account and they will issue a cheque book for you. have to maintain 500 and below 9just like savings account) every month or they deduct 2 dollar per month yr balance falls below 500 dollars. cheque book service is usually free for local fun payments or transfers. used up the book and request they will send you a new book. but i am not sure the max transfer value for per cheque/ per day. i think can use up to at least 10k to 15k or more per transfer per cheque.
