Item is in 9/10 excellent condition except for a tiny scratch at the bottom. The iPod mini has only been charged one time, so don't worry 'bout having a reduced battery lifespan. Warranty has not yet been registered. You get to keep over 1200 of my preloaded songs as well!
In excellent condition as reflected in the picture.
Not a single scratch on the display screen as reflected in the picture.
Scroll-wheel sticker still intact as reflected in the picture.
4mm by 1mm scratch at the bottom of the iPod mini as reflected in the picture.

Well I've already lowered the price. Price is almost $100 lower than the original price. That's $15/day depreciation of value.
