Encountering Cashflow Problem : N-Gage for Loan/Lease

As I'm currently encountering some cashflow problem, I am putting up my N-Gage(the original one, not NGage QD) with a Tomb Raider game for loan/lease.
I'll redeem it(with interest of course) with 20% interest when my temporary cashflow problem is sorted.
Please note I'm looking to lease/loan my N-Gage set out for SGD400.00 as I have no desire to sell this - hence, if anyone's thinking of keeping the set under this scheme, you're effectively buying my N-Gage for SGD400.00 which is obviously not worth it by market standards. This may be a plausible scheme for people thinking of trying out an N-Gage before actually deciding if they want to buy it. Basically, you get to try out the N-Gage for a few months for SGD80.00 profit.

A pawn shop will work if your trade in at a less den market price.

Sorry if it comes across as some delusional scheme, ok..so the price is negotiable, please PM me for details. Let me clarify some things.
It doesn't make sense to take this to a pawn shop because the pawn shop doesn't give me a valuation anywhere remotely close to the market retail price which should still trade you SGD200-SGD300 easily.
It's just as laughable to take this to a handphone dealer because they'd have no use for it besides reselling it to others(which is not my intention anyway) and in that instance, they don't offer you any much more than what you'd get than the value my NGage is deemed to be worth if I were to trade-it in and upgrade for another phone.
As I'm not selling the phone, I won't be loaning/leasing this phone out at the market rate for which second-hand NGage is being traded as there'd be no insurance that I'd be able to buy it back at a later date(it's pretty much like renting a book - you pay the full cost of the book when you rent and when you return, you get the full refund minus the rental back - except in this case, you get back 20% more than what you pay for). However, for people serious about this offer, do not worry you'd be shortchanged for we can exchange our particulars before concluding the deal.
