the terms and conditions are too cumbersome.. -
No worries they are actually the standard conditions of buying a new phone or upgrading the line...you can also use the voucher and buy a cheaper than $250 phone and use the remaining credits to buy the accessories...Use this voucher can save $50 from the promotional price why not?

upz...how about throwing in Singtel contract for a fee as well?
Singtel contract + $250 voucher = $400
So basically for example : u get a phone which is worth $250 as advertised on papers for $400 without contract
