  I mean, those abbreviation such as T.O.P.
  999 years = freehold?
  What are rebates? who entitle? those have bought HDB flat b4 can't have the rebtates?
  Deduct from CPF izzit confirmed %?
  1st downpayment is confirmed 10%?

  999yrs is not free hold la.
  
  downpayment depends on what kind u buy...
  
  T.O.P. means Temp Occupation Period. the time when u get the key and ready to move in.

  oh btw, 999 or 99yrs are known as Leasehold.
  Freehold sometimes they will state "estate in Fee Simple" of Estate in perpetuity" That's Freehold.

  thks all, but would like to know more. like the procedure n stuffs to hear n look out for. of cos, love to own one unit but must know hw the "game" play.
