  Ya lor, I'm editing again. But renting out of shop space is not my business. I'm not earning anything. I'm only trying to find a replacement for myself. U see I'm the current tenant there and to terminate the contract, I have to find myself a replacement.

  They r either working or already have their own shop, so does not require another one. As a result, I have to let out since I'm not going to continue there.

  Yes, my biz concept does not workout in that place. It's a risk taken by me when the decision to open a retail there was made.

  Hv seen yr website. Can be better and the products need to be updated and with more varieties. What's yr target group of customers? Since you are still holding on to the shop, you may as well think of ways to revive your business into a profitable one.

  If accept by morning of 08/07/2005, my initial offer of 1 month free rental would still be valid. Otherwise, no need to response liao as I will accept their offer.
