Queries about Oakley Warranty

  Hi,
  
  Can someone help me with this... Are these true?
  
  - oakley's warranty will only be valid if there is a receipt?
  
  - warranty is only for frame?
  
  - will i still be able to change my frame after 1 year? if so how much will it be?
  
  - if no warranty will oakley help me change my frame?

  It is useful, esp if it breaks during sports, like my fren's Oaks... He just sent the frame to the shop with the warranty and they replaced it... But I think there's a $30 payment for warranties more than a year old? Can't quite remember...

  There's a substantial difference in prices between sunglasses with warranties and without.

  - what if i bought a new pair of oakleys from ebay... there is the original warranty cards provided... is the warranty valid?
  
  - and is the receipt = proof of purchase only for Singapore? How about Australia?

  -Only if there's proof of purchase from an authorised dealer. It's international warranty.
  
  (Even powersellers cheat . Beware of a seller called Lakerdynasty.)
  
  I suggest you don't get the stuffs from ebay , most of them is knock-offs. But you will need to distinguish between authentic and replicas.
  
  -It's international warranty , so as long you have the receipt , which is proof of purchase and a valid warranty card , no matter where you are , also can get it fixed.
