Dude scamming is a crime punishable by Singapore Law when it involved real money, not fake meso. GMS last time hot ma..I know one sg guy lvl 8- plus warrior sold his account for 1k plus including all meso..

I dont see a problem with low dex. I purposely train a high str low dex warrior so one power strike can hit 600+ at lv 30. As for missing target, i dont really think so.
