WTS: 1 lot of foreign coins

  I've one lot of coins of approximately 150 pieces. Looking for people to willing to take the whole lot of them at 10% below current exchange rates. Willing to sell the coins of a particular country too.
  
  If you have any idea which foreign exchange outlets allows the changing of coins, do let me know too.
