looking for room to rent

  single professional male looking for a room to rent in west area ...location not important as long as near shops/food stalls
  
  requirements :
  1)SCV cable point
  2)use of fridge/washing machine/cooking stove(light cooking only)/ironing stuff
  3)prefer not to have owner in the house
  4)no agents
  5)prefer simple furnishing although not necc.
  6)no need air con
  7)accept occasional partner stay over (1-2 times/week)

  What's yr budget? I help you to ask around. Think 2 of my friends are renting out their flat as well.

  some or rather most owners do not stay in the house they rent out ...they either lock 1 room or rent out all the rooms ...smart can ...dunt act smart

  As for the agent issue raised by one of the bros, the agent will come in (contract wise) once negotiation is in process. The govt will be notified as well.
