tell your cousin that if she dun wan the dog jsut put up for adoption, dun sell the dog like that... owners these days really take dogs as sale goods...

If she were to put it up onto the pound in SPCA, they might put it down when there's isn't any one interested in adopting it. It's a safer way in this sense when she just "sell" for a nonimal price.
