4GB, used a few months then my gf went for that Singtel promotion give iPod nano. So this one is useless to her now. Think no warranty, not too sure, but confirm no spoil. You can return if you find anything faulty within 7 days, fair enough?

Used a few months how come no warranty? you can go apple website and check on the warranty status with the serial no.

I went to check, it says "No info found. Please try again." I am not too sure about the iPod warranty coz I don't use them. Maybe my gf never mail the warranty card, need to check the box whether she still has it or not. But what I can say is it works perfectly fine, if got any faults, I'm willing to refund the money within 7 days.

Main point is people are concerned about warranty, something for protection against 1 year, not the 7 days usability.
Might be good to advice the folk on the warranty status once you have it. -
Apple hardware like iPod, iBooks, Powerbooks carries one yr warranty on date of purchase. Proof of purchase like reciept is a requirement.

If got no receipt just check online lor. I thought bought that time the warranty automatically activate one? But if online no info abit funny leh. cause, its international one wor. Even if bought overseas, singapore also support and can be checked one. If warranty is over, it will be stated as expired.
I do hope whoever / where ever your gf bought from is a Legit seller... -

If the seller is authorised, then it wouldnt have such problem. Just need to check with Apple on this issue first.

Alright, I got a bid of $195 today. Noticed in eBay can sell more money but I don't have an account there, I also don't want to waste anybody's time. The iPod has about 3 1/2 months warranty left and the quality is as good as new and anybody who is willing to pay $200 then let me know, I will sell it right away.
