  Hello,
  
  i am helping a friend to source for a condo for HDB flat for rental.
  
  Not the rooms...the whole apartment.
  
  Must be along telock blangah or p.panjang area.
  
  Rental rate < $1,500.

  Condo rental below $1500 is pretty hard to find. If it's $1500 for HDB, easily available. Contact property agent is the best or search on Yahoo! Auction.

  I know of a family who rented the whole appartment in simei condo at only $1,200 leh.
  
  I know about the yahoo and newspaper already....just want to see if there are any more sources available.

  It depends on the condo facilities also. If you're looking for one with better facilities, then I would suggest that you raise your budget abit
