This is the 1st A380 Handcrafted ever in singapore... intrested?
The Pictures below we are still building... we are using the full singapore airlines livery not like the picture above. But we do sketch the wording like the real one above for scaling... have a look.. more pictures to come...

It is there and does some testing and pose for photoshot... bla bla bla.... the motive is to ensure that our changi is ready for the almighty!... from nov 05 for a day then flew off to aust, then mal,..... and does some airshow for dubai.... Ermm well Im a Aviation A380 follower.. Airbus A380 will be coming back to singapore for the latest Asian Aerospace 2006 .. and will be flying above our heads... hahas..
Btw the A380 landed @ changi... and the media.. straight away broadcast in news tv, newpapers, internet media... all ard... ermm well.... haha... -

well, a few months ago in october like tt, SIA has some A380 model aeroplanes about the size of a man brought in. about 3-5 units. They were displayed at Airline House, Loyang, CGA, Asian Civilisation Museum, SIA bldg and some more.
They estimated about 2meters in length, and cost $40,000, and my dad got a chance to touch it and handle it

yea we do.. the models are still up for sale.. btw how are you? -
The bridge is call South cross , it connects from runway 02L or 20R to 02C or 20C . Usuallly landings will be on runway 20R and for those flights that are based in terminal 2 , they will use the south cross to get over to terminal 2. For this case, this A380 crossed over to runway 02C for departure. This bridge is the newest bridge built for heavy aircrafts like the A380.Originally posted by SBS1985C:What !?! A380 is a giant aircraft but I am really looking forward to see Boeing's B747-8 . I prefer Boeing products. -
747-8 not so diff from its -400 siblings mah...
the A3AT is like 747 back in the 70s -
It has a few differences. 40 + more seats over the normal -400. No winglets , they will be using the Boeing 767-400ER/B777NG technology of wing rakes and thirdly the sole engine supplier will once again be GEnx's superb modern technolgy engines. More or less the aircraft will be using 787's technology. So far only 2 freighter operators ordered the aircraft , Cargolux and Nippon Cargo .
