  outside sell $438... u buy from me at $420.. $18 cheaper

  Wah piang, they got shop and you say that they cannot be trusted, and it's coming from an individual, in this case a competitor. It's like the road side ice cream man selling ice cream but claims that the 7 eleven ice cream is not hygenic. Anyway, think your price really too high, maybe $350 still reasonable... If got shop, they can go back to the shop in case anything is faulty and change a new one for example if there is a scratch. New one doesn't mean it's completely working without any defects.

  Not true, a new iPod Nano goes at less than S$410 now with all accessories.

  Shops have to pay rent, that's why they sell it at a higher price. Check Yahoo! Auctions or HWZ. Usually people who win gadgets through lucky draws and decide to sell them lower its price by at least 10%. 10% of $438 = $43.
  
  $395 is more reasonable if you're trying to sell it.
  
  Buyers please note that you need an official proof of purchase (receipt) to validate the warranty. On contrary to what others say - (e.g. You can register the warranty online yadah yadah), you NEED the receipt for warranty. I've called Apple to check before, and they said that you need the receipt as it holds the date of purchase.

  Usually iPods won from lucky draws do not come with a receipt.
