Dear All,
I need so set up a small customer support
center out side Singapore. Customers should be
able to call the customer center - with the
number which is local to them.
So I need to buy a VOIP .
This phone should have a Singapore number, so
that people in Singapore should be able to call
just as a local call.
(this is similar to Vonage phone- but vonage is
not availble in Singapore at the moment- I mean
with a singpore number)
Are there any providers ?.

Hi, if you have a fixed IP broadband connection and a local telephone line, all you need is a pair of voip equipment. It saves you money in the long run if you have your own equipment, without all the maintenance and service contracts.
For equipment you can call tel:63686568 to look for Mr. Ang Joo Koon. They sell voip equipments for industrial uses. Brands are Multitech, Bodhicom and Tainet.
Multitech is from US, and the other two is from Taiwan.
