  Hey first of all I apologise for posting this in a wrong forum.
  
  Reason being I cannot post in other segments, like CHIT CHAT or AA, this is the only forum I can post a new topic in.
  
  I can't check my inbox, I can't access to shoutbox, I can't post in many forums. Can any admins advice me on what I can do? Or check into the problems?

  Yeah I cannot access from there. It just hangs there and cannot connect.

  The top left hand shows New Message, clicked on it but hangs and say page cannot be displayed. Same goes for My MailBox
