Planning to re-contract my Starhub line, but I don't want the mobile phone.

Sarah: Yes, you pay me $230. Let me give you an example. Starhub has an offer for Samsung E760, $98 if you sign for a 2 year plan. So you pay me $230 on top of the $98 for the phone. In total you'll fork out $328, which is so much cheaper than buying the phone at the retail price. To my understanding, the Samsung E760 is selling for almost $400 w/o contract. The market rate for a new line is $180-$200 now, depending on the provider. Phone dealers are only paying $150 for a line now.
