I am trying to find out if Singaporeans are really Online Shopping shy. I see a lot of products that is selling online and sometimes we can find good stuffs at relatively cheap prices. A lot of times I am tempted to buy online.
Is online shopping picking up in Singapore? Anyone have experiences doing online shopping?

Well, online shopping doesn't really gives us a sense of reality and secure.
Reality
Sometimes we walk around the shopping malls, we buy clothes not because we think it is nice, is because the rug is made of comfortable material.
We are able to test and play with the items we want, we feels it.
Online shopping is virtual and you can't really judge how big is that item? is it in good and workable condition? can I get it today? can we bargain? and etc.
Secure
Cyber hacker is getting absurb, they install key logger into your pc without using brains.
Many of them credit card number got hacked and xxx happened.
Moreover, can we really trust the dealer, if i paid but he keep deny. If using paypal or online credits, etc how can we trace back the evidence?
