I have 2 pieces of 256MB RAM taken out from a IBM T43 Thinkpad for sale. Sim Lim Square selling for $40+, I am letting go at $25 each.
Useful if you want to upgrade the RAM of your laptop/notebook to a higher capacity (if you are still stuck with 256MB RAM or less) and have spare slots left to do so.
