- good air (west side is out)
- clean environment
prefered locations:
- Bukit timah area (dairy farm - adam's road... etc)
- Serangoon garden area
- Yio Chu Kang area
- Siglap / East Coast area
- anywhere in town area (River Valley, Tiong Bahru etc)
* basically i'm trying to stay away from industrial area.
Will be staying alone, parents visits occasionally so nice to have extra rooms.
Will be used as home office - graphic design studio.
