  Buying any good bikes that are suitable to ride on the road for a 180cm/70kg male. Do send me or post the pics here if you are selling.
  
  My budget is around 150$ and condition should not be less then 75% ( A very poor student here ).

  $150 can get your a simple bike without suspension with tail light, head light and mirror installed.
