  take mrt from simei to tampines
  there are 2 big shopping malls there - Tampines Mall and Century Square
  
  walk around and u shd be able to find department stores and boutiques tt sell formal wear

  Not really. Tampines Mall and Centuary Square is good enough.

  At this moment, G2000 is have 50% storewide discount for selected sale items. I just came back with 2 huge bags of purchase from Wisma Atria yesterday.
