  yo bro... its a discount voucher... meaning you can save money... like if you planning to buy specs, buy some gifts, get a haircut, getting the voucher can save you some money from the original price as i am selling the vouchers cheaply...

  If you sell too high, it defeats the purpose of discount vouchers.

  please use your brains and common sense la... who is selling at 10 cents? if for the $100 voucher i sell at $10, doesn't the buyer stand to save $90 if he uses the voucher to buy specs instead of buying specs without any discount.
