  I'm planning to sign up for a new Starhub line, but am not interested in getting a new mobile phone.
  
  If you want a new mobile phone without having to sign up for a 2 year plan, please call or sms me, Sarah at 9848 1912.
  
  Please note that you have to pay for whichever mobile phone you're planning to get on top of the $230 that's payment to me for signing the contract.

  SO I pay $230 on top of the price of the phone I want, so the rest of the fee you foot eg. sim card, registration, etc?
