  good question...it may work for some, and not for others...some tried this brand and it work for them.

  it must be applied with the hands of a good massager. else the cream doesn't get absorbed fully into the titties

  Maybe it's just some temporary swelling effect. Get a guy to rub it on his penis and see whether it works.
