Reason for selling. It's minimum System Requirements requires Window XP. I was very unfortunately not to notice this as my old PC can not support it. No choice. I can only sell it away or wait till I get a new PC. Perfect gift for friends as it is still sealed in the box unopened. I wish to sell it for just $470.
