Rental Flats

  My Boyfren & I wish to rent a flat or room somewhere near Redhill/Tiong Bahru.Our budget is ard 400-450(Inclusive of electric bills) & able to cook some simple dishes.Becos now we r staying in Redhill area,but the owner smoke non-stop everyday and it stinks.And have to pay ard 470/mth for that.We cant cook too and no microwave too.So Any1 Pls?

  The price you quote is too low for the location you specified.
  The price you quote is too low for your demands on the rental.
  The price include electricity then you are asking the owner to eat grass.
  
  Put is this way, I saw your nic and I say to myself why bother to rent to some one who gives a nic like that to create a perception of a royality. Enuff said

  What Shld i say to u?hmm..i'm looking for a room & not a flat,if is a flat,of course i'll prepare to pay more & i know the market rates now.I had called a few agent & the rates is between 400 (Not Inclusive of bills) to 475(Inclusive of bills).
  
  And both of us r working,normally only be home after 7.And the room now we renting is w/o aircon and the flat-owner will enter yr room when we'r not at home.How we know?So i dun think what iam asking is too much.& we'r saving up now so we can apply a flat in 3 to 4 yrs.So what i am asking is not really demanding.

  all my rentee also say they eay and low maintenance. Ended up they are quite nasty.
  
  So lesson learnt from renting is really never trust what people say.

  tat's depends.if the owner is nasty,then there is no need to be nice too.. Imagine juz how nasty u'r when u sent messages.So i cant imagine what kind of person u'll be~

  Princess ur buget is kinda high at 400-450 for HDB , 450 can get a condo room already . Condo free parking somemore and can swim .

  my fren rented at bukit timah area , location very good , owner not staying with them , as long u got the pass u gets free parking . rent 1 condo flat is around 2k theres 4 room in it , so rougly 1 room is 450-500
