  I've a denim skirt from M Industries for sale at $32.
  
  This denim skirt is
  - brand-new with tag.
  - Size M.
  - Length – 13-in (or 33cm), Width – 17-in (or 43cm).
  - low waist skirt
  - original sewn-in flower pattern on the left side of the skirt
  
  Take a look at the skirt below..

  it's around 12.5 to 13-in.. Not really short..

  Wow...the waist line is longer than the length of the skirt. It's like 1" longer than a long ruler

  Anyway..It's a low-waist skirt.. so it's not consider short at all..
