  since the deadline is nearing, i would like to lower the price to $40-$50 for both tix. Hopefully tat will attract buyers.

  No need la. Just go to the Zoukout on that day ask if any of the Ang Mo's wants to buy at $40 ea. Because nuying on that day itself is $48. These Ang Mo's (most of them) always buy that day itself.
