aim for 60-70. the time taken to train to these lvls and skills take a long time.
but im just waiting for someone to quote a price. im friendly

but it WAS a member account.later you report lost then send the letter that runescape gave you when you sign up back to them then they will give you back the account.its just like Maple Story.You just go there then pay MONEY and show your IC can get back the account.

btw IC got nothing to do with runescape, its not an asian company.
How to go there pay money? their company is in england, and ya it was a member acc and i trained the member skills to like 60 fletching.
and i dont think theres such thing as paying money to get back account. and i dont play the game anymore. -
